I am passionate about working with and supporting individuals, their partners, and families during difficult and complex life transitions. I especially enjoy providing support for women and their loved ones during the perinatal period.

I have been married for 19 years and have three wonderful boys, ages 8, 14, and 17. Over the years I have experienced many of the joys, challenges, and complexities of pregnancy, birthing, parenting, and marriage. There’s no guidebook and no perfect family, but feeling empowered and fulfilled on this journey is a worthwhile goal. My education, trainings, and passions are devoted to learning and growing within this field.
