I am a masters-level, licensed marriage and family therapist associate located in Seattle, WA. I provide therapy and support for individuals, couples, and families.
In particular, I have a special interest in and skill with pre and postnatal life transition issues and difficulties. Both the experience of being pregnant and the period during which a baby enters your life can be incredibly stressful.
In our sessions we will collaborate during your journey of self-discovery. We will hope to reveal not only potential detrimental patterns, but also your strengths and unique skills that will empower you to make effective changes and find fresh perspectives. My approach is also rooted in a systemic viewpoint, where we can uncover how family history and dynamics impact your feelings and choices. Together, in a safe, empathic, respectful, and thoughtful therapeutic environment we will hope to lead you down a new path full of growth, healing, and a deeper self-awareness.
I have been married for over 13 years and have three wonderful boys, ranging from toddler to tween. We spend much of our time outdoors, be it at sports activities, hiking, camping, mountain biking, skiing, or simply throwing rocks in the lake. In my limited free time I enjoy watching film, traveling, being a foodie, reading a good book, and spending time with friends.
